Automated mammography QC dashboard
This website provides a live dashboard for viewing the mQC result database. As mQC processes phantom images, the results are stored here (under the Location and Station retrieved from the DICOM image header) for instantaneous viewing.
Attention
As of 2015/Jun/01 two modifications have been made to the mammoQC processing.
1) The method used to calculate SDNR on the weekly DSB phantom has been updated. The regions of interest are now a circle inside the well and an annulus outside the well. This may require us to change your baseline. Please contact us if that is the case.
2) The Uniformity mean thumbnail display values have been modified to provide a larger (less contrasty) window. The "Mean" thumbnails for the uniformity images should look smoother now.
